Free Open Source To Do List Software to Help Keep Ahead
It is important that when making and continuing to work on a website, that you keep up-to date with yourself and that you always know what you need to do next. For this reason I went on the search, a couple of days ago, for an online to do list, as I felt this would allow me to write down everything I need to do and in turn this would keep me on target for my objectives.
When searching I came up with a nice free to do list, which is also open source, meaning you are free to modify it if you would like to, you can then also release that updated version. The free to do list is called My Tiny Todo, which allows you to do the following:
- Multiple lists
- Task notes
- Tags (and tag cloud)
- Due dates (input format: y-m-d, m/d/y, d.m.y, m/d, d.m)
- Priority (-1, 0, +1, +2)
- Sorting by drag-and-drop (order stored in db), priority or due date
- Search
- Password protection
- Smart syntax improves creation of tasks (usage: /priority/ Task /tags/)
- Print-friendly CSS
- Style for mobiles devices
The to do list software is also updated regularly still, which shows that it may go from strength to strength. If you would like to check it our before downloading, please click here.
I’ve only been using the to do lost for a couple of days, but I already love it, as because I can keep it online, I can see my tasks which I need to complete from wherever I am. This allows me to always be on-top of things, so I get everything done I need to on time.
Check out My Tiny Todo.
I have written this post because I would like to help offer tools which can be used to build your website, ranging from simple to do lists like this, to massive web applications which could improve your earnings.
